Family Practice includes men's health, women's health, children's health (newborn and up), house calls, and hospital calls. In early 2006, Saugerties Wellness Center opened the Saugerties Wellness Specialty Suite next door. Our vision in building the specialty suite is to bring quality, convenient specialty care and wellness programs to our community through both traditional and holistic means. Services currently available include Obstetrics and Gynecology by Elaine Crosby, M.D. - 845-338-1535, Gastroenterology by Grand Street Gastroenterology, Reham El-Shaer, M.D. - 845-338-2300, Cardiology by Cardiology Consultants, Joseph Christiana, M.D. - 845-339-8700 and Podiatry by Hudson Valley Foot Associates, David Kim, M.D. - 845-339-8700.
Complementary (alternative) medicine services include acupuncture and biomagnetics. In addition, Lainey Rudolph, B.S.N. conducts Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction workshops in the Specialty Suite to enhance your natural ability to work with the large and small challenges of life in a positive, healthy and healing light. Cancer screening, colon examination (sigmoidoscopy), physical therapy, pulmonary function testing (for Asthma/Emphesema screening), body fat testing (for weight management).
